Who You Are:
‘Go to school, and get a job in a big company’ doesn’t work for everyone. This one is for the creative who’s wired a little differently.
You hate a spreadsheet, but love a moodboard. You’re a born storyteller, a prefer viewing life through the lens of a film director rather than a business director.
Maybe you’re excited by the idea of ideating, shooting and editing content. Or maybe you’ve got more of a flair for graphic and web design. But you definitely thrive in bringing a vision to life, with a relentless focus on detail. You sweat the small stuff, because you understand that’s where the magic is.
What We’re Looking For:
We aren’t looking for the finished article, but a grasp of creative suites like Canva, Adobe, Figma or CapCut will definitely help. We don’t care if you went to college - some of our creative team didn’t either!
What we really care about is your eye for design, your ability to spot trends, and a passion to create scroll-stopping videos, graphics or websites.
What You Will Work On:
Your day-to-day will vary based on the type of creative work you enjoy. But expect to:
Use a range of tools like CapCut, Adobe, Figma and Canva to create platform specific content.
Work with influencers & social creators, planning & executing on content series for a host of different brands.
Work on web designs, email campaigns and even fashion designs.
Learn the art of creating commercial content that drives meaningful impact.
